I began my career as a door-to-door salesman selling Smart Home systems from Vivint Smart Home and solar products
From there, I moved on to Medicare sales with Humana insurance and got my 2-40 License in 2016 and was selling a range of products over the phone to Medicare beneficiaries like dental insurance, vision insurance, Group Medicare coverage and the traditional Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans.
I left Humana after about 4 years as an agent with them and went to a Brokerage where i started as an agent but was promoted to a Sales Trainer where i got a chance to work with aspiring agents and provide them a great foundation to start their Medicare sales journey. I worked with LMS platforms, created content using Articulate Storyline and Articulate 360, Power Point and other creative avenues to help create an effective training program.
I was promoted to a Sales Manager in 2020 and was able to take what i learned as a Sales Trainer and use what i learned from the previous roles to not only be an effective Sales Manager, but a great Sales Coach and help people along their journey and teach them how to be an even more capable agent and equip them as best i can do assist the clients we serve.
